This project was a 'simple' project of taking a post-industrial area in the German city of Nuess and creating a redevelopment plan that suited the local needs while acting to celebrate it's past and connect the north-south axis of the city. After a site visit for a few days where we were able to understand the area a little better we set about the usual inventory, analysis, concept then product creation.
