The view sheds of the new homes will look onto the river, in between property of N° 1 and N° 2 and the river a campsite is located. Two options are proposed to minimize the view of the campsite from the property. The first option allows the campsite to gain an extra row for caravans but does require levelling and subsiding of the current campsite. Option 2 offers the campsite banked clamping spots.
