The assignment of this project was to create a small city expansion of this town, the idea of a small courtyard was early on discussed and a draft for the layout was created. The urban fabric of the town will stay intact and the new homes will be logically distributed on the property. The ten new homes will be shackled in 2 rows of 5  and will be connected to a small front lawn. The buildings distributed along the road will see renovation and from the three homes, four new ones will be realised. A general parking lot will provide one parking spot per home.
