Urban Plan - The Netherlands

Date: February 2021

Client: MR.STIR Architect + Planner

Reason: town expansion

Project status: unkown

My work at MR. STIR pushed my visual skills and workflow that creates visual products. I quickly improved my workflow so that I could keep up with what was being asked. Although I disapprove of green field sites, this project was one of the most pleasing, the small neighbourhood had three sections; forest, creek and bush. We aimed at creating the kind of neighbourhood kids would love and parents can find peace.

Type of Landscape

Three small clusters of homes were proposed each with a different set of vegetation to add to the surrounding landscape. The homes share a common courtyard where parking is situated along the entrance. Two spots are marked one for residential recreation and one as a playground. The layout of the paths allows anyone by foot or cycle to enjoy the different views of the landscape.
